Individual Consultant Positions – National Health Support Program (NHSP), Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Punjab
The Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, Punjab is hiring two consultants for its World Bank–financed National Health Support Program (NHSP) in Lahore. The first post, Procurement Specialist (PPS-9), calls for a master’s in supply-chain, business, engineering, or a related field plus eight years of hands-on work buying goods, works, or services—ideally under international rules such as the World Bank’s. CIPS, CSCP, or PMP credentials will count in your favour. The second role, Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10), is open to accountants with an ACCA, ACMA, ACA, CPA, or a master’s in finance and at least eight years of budgeting, reporting, and audit experience on public or donor projects; officers from the civil service’s finance stream with a seven-year track record may also apply.
