The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) is inviting online applications for the position of Accounts Officer (BS-17) in the Directorate General of Archaeology, Tourism, Archaeology & Museums Department, Government of Punjab. This is a regular government job open to both male and female candidates, including transgender applicants across Punjab.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold one of the following degrees from a recognized university:

• M.Com (2nd Division)
  OR

• MBA (2nd Division)

Age Limit

• Male Candidates: 21 to 35 years + 5 years age relaxation = 40 years

• Female Candidates: 21 to 35 years + 8 years age relaxation = 43 years

• Transgender: Age based on the contents of their CNIC as per gender identity

Written Test Pattern ✍️

• Test Type: One paper MCQ-based written test

• Total Marks: 100

• Time Duration: 90 minutes

• Syllabus:

  • 100% Questions related to qualification (Accounting/Finance topics)

⚠️ Important Instructions

• Only degrees recognized by HEC will be accepted
• Government/semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel with NOC
• No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview
• Original documents must be presented at the time of interview
• GPA/CGPA will not be accepted unless officially converted into percentage marks
• Shorthand and typing tests (if required) will be conducted in Lahore only
• Equivalence certificates (if applicable) must be submitted at the time of interview
• Experience in private firms must be supported by proof of firm registration (SECP, Registrar, etc.)
