B. Roles & Responsibilities (from the advertisement)

1) Branch Banking Operations Head (HO – Lahore)

  • Supervise daily branch operations and provide support on cash management, insurance of cash & lockers, centralized account opening/maintenance, remittance, centralized clearing & collections (inward/outward), chequebook/locker issuance, and related operations in line with organizational policy and SBP regulations/PRs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on branch opening/rotation, documentation, and safe custody of operational records.
  • Develop operational benchmarks and monitoring tools to ensure policy compliance and early identification of operational risk.
  • Lead follow-ups on core banking applications, including parameter setting, fine-tuning, and performance improvement.
  • Oversee ATM & Debit Card transaction settlement, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting in compliance with SBP directives.

2) Branch Managers (multiple locations across Punjab)

  • Provide overall supervision and administration of the branch, ensuring strong internal controls.
  • Achieve deposit, advances, and recovery targets; mobilize new business and deepen customer relationships.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high service quality.
  • Oversee loan processing, documentation, and timely recovery of dues.
  • Implement SBP regulations, bank policies, and AML/CFT requirements.
  • Safeguard cash, assets, and records; monitor staff performance, guide and train teams, and handle customer complaints effectively.

3) Officer Call Center (05 – HO, Lahore)

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls; deliver courteous, helpful, and solution-oriented service.
  • Log complaints and service requests accurately in the CRM/ticketing system; escalate unresolved issues as per defined timelines.
  • Follow call scripts and compliance requirements during interactions; ensure confidentiality and data security.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, customer interaction records, and follow-up commitments; update internal systems with notes/outcomes.
