Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA) Jobs 2024 | Contract-Based Positions
The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), under the Government of Punjab, is offering various contract-based career opportunities for experienced and qualified professionals domiciled in Punjab. These positions are within the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program (ACAG), which is a flagship initiative to provide 100,000 housing units to low-income families across Punjab over the next 4.5 years.
Job Openings
- Program Director (PPS-11)
- Salary: PKR 70,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning.
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Urban Planning, or Law.
- Experience:
- At least 18 years of relevant experience in government or donor-funded programs, particularly in urban development and housing projects.
- Experience as a Program Director or Technical Lead in housing programs preferred.
- Estate Management & Admin Coordinator (PPS-10)
- Salary: PKR 55,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or Business Administration.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or property management.
- Proven experience in real estate transactions and client advisory services.
- Manager (Planning & Implementation) (PPS-10)
- Salary: PKR 55,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Planning.
- Experience:
- At least 12 years of experience in urban infrastructure projects, with expertise in municipal housing.
- Manager (Procurement & Contracts) (PPS-10)
- Salary: PKR 55,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Procurement, Contract Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Experience:
- At least 12 years of experience in procurement or contract management, including work on donor-funded projects.
- Financial Specialist (PPS-8)
- Salary: PKR 35,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of financial management experience, preferably on government or donor-funded projects.
- Specialist (Legal) (PPS-8)
- Salary: PKR 35,000 per month
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Law.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in legal matters, particularly in town planning and housing.
