What You’ll Do (Role Highlights)

Head of Retrocession: Design and place outward reinsurance programs; analyze catastrophe exposure; negotiate terms with global markets; monitor counterparty risk and credit limits; ensure documentation and recoveries are timely.
Head of Window Retakaful Operations: Build Shariah-compliant retakaful operations; coordinate with Shariah advisors; structure wakalah/mudarabah models; drive product development and operational SOPs; ensure regulatory compliance.
Head of Claims: Lead the end-to-end claims lifecycle—notification, coverage assessment, reserving, recoveries, leakage control, litigation management—while establishing KPIs and audit trails for accuracy and speed.
Head of Treaty: Manage treaty underwriting and renewals; develop pricing frameworks; analyze cedant performance; supervise data quality and bordereaux; collaborate with brokers and cedants for profitable growth.
Head of Risk Management: Implement ERM across underwriting, market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks; maintain risk registers; run stress testing and ORSA-style assessments; support Board Risk Committee.
AGM – Taxation: Oversee corporate tax planning, compliance, and filings; manage withholding, sales tax, and advance tax; liaise with FBR; advise on tax implications of treaties and retrocession; support audits.
AGM – Corporate/Board Secretariat: Manage Board/Committee meetings, minutes, and statutory filings; ensure Companies Act and SECP compliance; coordinate governance frameworks, charters, and disclosures; steward insider information protocols.

Who Should Apply (Core Competencies) ✅

Deep understanding of insurance/reinsurance principles, treaty/facultative structures, and takaful/retakaful operations.
Strong negotiation, analytics, and presentation skills; ability to interact with cedants, brokers, regulators, and rating agencies.
Proven leadership in policy design, SOPs, and team development.
Comfort with data, actuarial inputs, and financial modeling; advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and working knowledge of reinsurance systems preferred.
