Women will be able to apply for the position of Captain in the military and other corps, the Pakistan Army announced today. Online registration for the Lady Cadet Course for Women Fresh Graduates (LCC-25) to join the Pakistan Army has started.
Age Limit: 28 Years
Academic Prerequisites to Join the Pakistan Army
| ► | Minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4 or Min 60% Marks in the annual system. |
| ► | M.Phil/ MS will be given preference. |
| ► | No 3rd Division or Grade D and only one 2nd Division/ Grade C throughout the academic career. |
| ► | Candidates only graduated from HEC/PEC-recognized universities. |
| ► | Candidates who acquired education as a private student are not eligible. |
Documents Required at Army Selection and Recruitment Centres
| ► | Original certificates/ detailed mark sheets and two attested photocopies of each educational certificate/ degree/ diploma. |
| ► | Candidates serving in government institutions/departments will give the concerned establishment a No Objection Certificate. |
| ► | Attested photocopy of domicile. |
| ► | Photocopies of computerized National Identity Card. |
| ► | 6 x colored photos duly attested (front & back). |
| ► | Candidates must bring their degrees duly verified by HEC/PEC. |
| ► | Endorsement Application Forms. While filling out the application forms given by the Army Selection and Recruitment Centre a successful candidate must ensure that all available information asked is endorsed in the respective paragraphs/ columns etc. |
| ► | NOTE: Old National Identity Cards will not be accepted. |
Pak Army LLC Online Registrations
The Online Registration Slip will be available on the Join Pakistan Army website at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk from 12 June 2024 to 09 July 2024.
The physical standards for the Pakistan Army Lady Cadet Course (LCC) are rigorous and designed to ensure that candidates are fit for military service. The general requirements include:
Height and Weight:
- Height: The minimum height requirement is usually 5 feet 2 inches (157 cm).
- Weight: Weight should be proportionate to height according to the Body Mass Index (BMI) standards set by the Pakistan Army.
Physical Fitness Tests:
- Running: Candidates typically must complete a 1.6 km run within a specified time (usually around 10-12 minutes).
- Push-ups: A minimum number of push-ups are required, generally around 15-20 in a minute.
- Sit-ups: Similar to push-ups, 15-20 sit-ups in a minute are required.
- Chin-ups: Some standards may include chin-ups, usually requiring 3-5 repetitions.
Medical Standards:
- Vision: Good eyesight is mandatory. Specific requirements might include 6/6 vision in one eye and 6/9 in the other without glasses.
- Hearing: Normal hearing ability.
- Overall Health: No major physical disabilities or medical conditions that would impair performance. This includes a thorough medical examination covering all body systems.
