| 3 | Sub Engineer (Electrical) | Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of field experience in construction/maintenance. |
| 4 | Messing Officer | Minimum Graduate with proven experience in mess/hostel management. Retired JCOs may also apply. |
| 5 | Telephone Operator | Matric with 15 years of relevant experience in digital exchange operations. |
| 6 | Labour Supervisor | Intermediate with 5 years of supervisory experience in labour/maintenance. Retired NCOs welcome. |
