What you’ll do (role highlights)
Faculty (Associate/Assistant Professors; Senior Registrars)
- Deliver patient-centred specialty care across OPD, IPD, OT/ICU, and emergency settings; supervise resident training and bedside teaching.
- Lead/participate in M&M, journal clubs, clinical audits, and guideline implementation that improves outcomes and patient safety.
- Support research and academic output through case series, QI projects, and collaborative studies aligned with institutional priorities.
- Uphold infection control, rational antimicrobial use, accurate documentation, and informed consent practices.
Echo Technologist/Technician
- Acquire high-quality transthoracic echoes, perform Doppler calculations, and assist in stress echo as assigned.
- Maintain equipment hygiene, QA logs, and PACS documentation; ensure patient comfort and safety in the echo suite.
Software Engineer & MTO (IT)
- Contribute to HIS/LIS/CVIS modules, write clean code, unit tests, and integrate APIs that streamline clinical workflows.
- Document features in tickets, sprints, and simple user guides; collaborate with clinicians and biomedical teams.
Trainee OT Technician
- Learn sterile processing, theatre turnover, instrument counting, and safe device handling; support anaesthesia and surgical staff during cases.
