National Transmission & Despatch Company Limited is supporting the economic growth of the country through its excellent transmission and despatch network with optimum utilization of resources and by providing a rewarding workplace for the employees. The company invites applications from energetic and experienced candidates for the position of General Manager (Human Resources) on a contract basis, detailed as under:
Qualification, Experience & Age:
- Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration/Public Administration/Management/Law/Social Sciences/equivalent in Engineering from an accredited technological institution recognized by HEC, Pakistan.
- The candidate must possess at least twenty (20) years of relevant professional experience at management level positions, including three (03) years experience at a senior-level human resource management position directly reporting to the head of the organization in a reputed Private/Public sector organization.
- Candidates should be up to 55 on the closing date of this advertisement. NTDC’s serving officers meeting other prerequisites can apply except for the upper age limit.
