3. Job Position Details 📋

4.1 Deputy Director (Senior Network Engineer) – Age limit 44

• Experience: Preferably 7+ years in network roles.
• Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CEH or relevant security certs.
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate core network switches and NG firewalls.
  • Troubleshoot complex Juniper, Cisco, H3C, Fortigate-based network devices.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update SOPs, support manuals, and network documentation.
  • Implement and monitor Security Policies, IDS/IPS, DNS Filtering, Email Spam Tagging, Geo-fencing.
  • Strong command on ZTNA-based network architecture, SSL VPN, Host Binding & 2FA.

4.2 Assistant Director (Network Engineer) – Age limit 37

• Experience: Preferably 5 years in network services.
• Technical Know-How:
  • Operation of core network switches and NG firewalls.
  • Troubleshooting of multi-brand network devices.
  • Documentation of policies, routes, SOPs, configuration manuals.
  • Understanding of ZTNA-based network setups, SSL VPN, Host Binding, 2FA.
  • Ability to work in morning and evening shifts.
• Competencies: Communication, interpersonal, and teamwork.

4.3 Assistant Director (Information Security Compliance) – Age limit 37

• Experience: Preferably 3 years in information/cyber security.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance of NADRA’s cybersecurity policies with national & international standards.
  • Monitor controls in line with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PDPA-like frameworks.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for security audits, remediation, and risk treatment.
  • Prepare, review, and update security policies, procedures, and awareness material.
  • Ability to develop and implement cybersecurity policies across departments.

4.4 Deputy Assistant Director (NOC) – Age limit 30

• Experience: Preferably 1 year in relevant NOC/operations roles.
• Tasks:
  • Perform first-level monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident reporting.
  • Monitor services, links, and circuits via tools like SolarWinds / Nagios / PRTG.
  • Track and escalate critical network/IT incidents as per SOPs.
  • Maintain daily NOC logs, emails, and reporting dashboards.
  • Basic knowledge of network devices, firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP is required.

4.5 Deputy Superintendent – Age limit 40

• Education: 14 years graduation.
• Experience: 8+ years in clerical/administrative/support roles.
• Responsibilities:
  • Office coordination, record maintenance, correspondence.
  • Drafting of official letters and reports.
  • Strong command in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to liaise with multiple departments and maintain filing systems.
