Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute with at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5.
• Age: Maximum 26 years (as of the last date of submission of application).
• Experience: Candidates with 1 year of relevant banking experience are preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage cash transactions, ensuring accurate recording and sorting.
• Provide account services, including handling deposits and withdrawals.
• Facilitate remittances, utility bill collections, government receipts/payments, and agency-based collections.
• Ensure effective vault management and maintain cash keys as per Bank SOP.
• Authorize and disburse cheques beyond the assigned limit after system posting.
• Handle funds transfer and ATM-related transactions.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure zero complaints.
• Balance and reconcile cash, prepare the Cash Book, and ensure accurate record maintenance.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Ensure availability and disbursement of fresh cash over the counters as per SBP directives.
• Identify and report any unusual or suspicious cash flow activities.
• Reconcile GL Accounts related to cash periodically.
• Ensure ATM replenishment and uninterrupted functioning during long weekends and holidays.
• Rectify audit findings related to cash management.
• Ensure Shariah compliance.
• Perform other assignments as directed by supervisors.
