✨ Job Summary: Assistant Director (Age Max: 37) – NADRA Headquarters
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is currently accepting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Director (maximum age limit: 37 years). The position is based at NADRA Headquarters, G-5/2 Islamabad, and is being filled under the NADRA Employees Service Regulations.
🎓 Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (16 years education) in:
- Project Management
- Computer Science
- Business Administration
- OR a relevant related field
- Master’s Degree (18 years education) in a related field will be preferred
- Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC
💼 Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing large-scale projects in the public or private sector
- PMP Certification is preferred
🧠 Key Skills & Competencies
- Project governance and oversight
- Strategic planning and program reporting
- Preparation of project plans and progress reports
- Monitoring project timelines and tracking milestones
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- Verifying project deliverables
- Experience with biometric/digital ID systems is a plus

- The selected candidate will be hired on an initial 5-year contract (extendable).
