✨ Job Summary: Assistant Director (Age Max: 37) – NADRA Headquarters

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) is currently accepting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Director (maximum age limit: 37 years). The position is based at NADRA Headquarters, G-5/2 Islamabad, and is being filled under the NADRA Employees Service Regulations 2002.

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (16 years education) in:
  • Project Management
  • Computer Science
  • Business Administration
  • OR a relevant related field
• Master’s Degree (18 years education) in a related field will be preferred
• Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC

💼 Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in managing large-scale projects in the public or private sector
• PMP Certification is preferred

🧠 Key Skills & Competencies

• Project governance and oversight
• Strategic planning and program reporting
• Preparation of project plans and progress reports
• Monitoring project timelines and tracking milestones
• Managing stakeholder relationships
• Verifying project deliverables
• Experience with biometric/digital ID systems is a plus

✅ Terms & Conditions

1. The selected candidate will be hired on an initial 5-year contract (extendable).
2. Applicants from the Federal Government or Autonomous Bodies must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. No TA/DA will be provided.
