General Instructions
- Initial contract is 2 years, extendable up to 8 years on performance basis.
- Only retired Armed Forces personnel who are physically fit can apply.
- Either party (NACTA or the employee) may terminate the contract with one month’s notice.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- Candidates must bring original CNIC, domicile, educational & experience certificates, and two sets of attested copies at interview.
- Selected candidates will undergo security clearance & medical fitness tests.
- Security officials will perform duties including:
- Boundary wall/watch tower checks at NACTA HQs.
- Controlling main gates, staff & visitor entry/exit.
- Monitoring official/private vehicles & equipment.
- Operating latest security systems.
- Implementing SOPs & protocols.
- Conducting anti-terror security drills.
- Eradicating external threats or pressure groups in NACTA’s operational domain.
