Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for faculty positions must have PM&DC-recognized medical qualifications and relevant specialty qualifications as required under PM&DC and MTI criteria. The selected faculty candidates will be placed at the appropriate level, including Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor, according to institutional rules.
For Demonstrator Basic Sciences, MBBS or equivalent PM&DC-recognized qualification is required. Higher qualification in Basic Sciences, or being in the process of obtaining one, will be preferred. Demonstrator experience in a medical college or university will also be preferred.
The Research Officer post requires MBBS / BDS or equivalent qualification along with MSc Epidemiology, two-year MPH, or MHR. The advertisement also requires at least two years’ relevant experience as Epidemiologist or Research Officer in a reputable registered institution or hospital.
For administrative, technical, and clerical posts, candidates must meet the relevant qualification and experience requirements. Computer Operator applicants need strong IT qualifications and typing speed above 50 words per minute. Junior Clerk applicants must have DIT or equivalent and typing speed above 40 words per minute. Sub-Engineer Civil candidates with BS degree in the relevant subject are exempted from experience according to the advertisement.
