Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis (HR Development) Jobs 2024

The Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development is inviting applications for several temporary positions, which are likely to become permanent, in Islamabad.

The available positions and their requirements are as follows:

1. Assistant (BPS-15): A total of 8 posts are open. Candidates must be graduates with a basic IT training course (including MS Office) to be completed within one year. The age limit is 18 to 28 years. Provincial quotas include open merit, Punjab, Sindh (U), KPK, and AJK.
2. Stenotypist (BPS-14): There are 21 posts available. Candidates must have an intermediate qualification, a shorthand/typing speed of 80/40 w.p.m., and computer literacy. The age limit is 18 to 25 years. Provincial quotas include open merit, Punjab, Sindh (R), Sindh (U), KPK, Baluchistan, NA/FATA, and AJK.
3. UDC (BPS-13): Five posts are available for candidates with an intermediate qualification and a basic IT training course (including MS Office) to be completed within one year. The age limit is 18 to 25 years. Provincial quotas include open merit, Punjab, Sindh (R), and Baluchistan.
4. LDC (BPS-11): Four posts are open for candidates with a matriculation qualification and a typing speed of 30 w.p.m., along with a basic IT training course (including MS Office) to be completed within one year. The age limit is 18 to 25 years. Provincial quotas include Punjab and NA/FATA.
5. Driver (BPS-4): Eleven posts are available for primary pass candidates with a valid driving license and knowledge of traffic rules. The age limit is 18 to 30 years. These positions are locally based.
6. DR (BPS-4): One post for a primary pass candidate with a valid driving license and knowledge of traffic rules. The age limit is 18 to 30 years. This position is locally based.
7. Naib Qasid (BPS-1): Fifteen posts for primary pass candidates. The age limit is 18 to 25 years. These positions are locally based.
8. Sweeper (BPS-1): One post for a primary pass candidate. The age limit is 18 to 25 years. This position is locally based.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Age relaxation is admissible as per the existing policies of the Federal Government.
2. Applicants already in government service must apply through proper channels and present an NOC during the interview.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
4. Candidates must present original documents along with attested copies of domicile, degree, and certificates issued by recognized boards/universities at the interview.
5. Any falsification of information will lead to the cancellation of candidature and legal action.
6. Candidates must produce their original CNIC on the day of the written test.
7. The Ministry reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or alter the number of vacancies at any stage without providing any reason.
