Other Conditions & Requirements
✅ Appointment Tenure:
- Members will be appointed for a 3-year tenure as per PARC Ordinance 1981 & Rules 1984.
✅ Leadership & Skills Required:
- Strong leadership in strategic planning, implementation, and multidisciplinary agricultural research programs.
- Proven ability to mobilize financial and human resources effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Academic Standards:
- Candidates must have First Division or CGPA 3.0/4.0 in the highest degree, with not more than one second division/grade C in their academic career.
✅ Additional Requirements:
- Maximum age limit: 62 years (as per Management Position Scales Policy 2020).
- Civil servants/government employees selected through competitive process must resign/retire before joining.
- Only Pakistani nationals are eligible.
