The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Islamabad, is inviting applications from qualified and proficient individuals. These are project-based positions on a contract basis, as per the Project Scale Policy. Selection of candidates will be made solely on a Merit basis.

1. Deputy Director (IT)

• Scale: PPS-08
• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualifications: First Class Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience: 10 years, including 5 years in a managerial capacity
• Age: 45 years

2. Assistant Director (IT)

• Scale: PPS-06
• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualifications: Second Class Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computing, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience: 4 years in LAN, ICT, or software application
• Age: 40 years

3. IT Assistant

• Scale: PPS-05
• Number of Positions: 02
• Qualifications: Second Class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years in LAN/WAN network installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Age: 18-25 years

4. Data Entry Operator

• Scale: PPS-04
• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualifications: Second Class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years
• Skills: Typing speed of 40 wpm and proficiency in MS Office
• Age: 18-25 years

5. Upper Division Clerk

• Scale: PPS-05
• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualifications: Second Class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years
• Age: 18-25 years

6. Driver

• Scale: PPS-01
• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualifications: Primary education with a valid driving license
• Experience: 2 years in a similar position
• Age: 18-30 years
