2Industrial Duties & Tariff Expert – SPPS-II01Master’s in Social Sciences/Economics/Finance/Business Administration/Engineering or a closely related field. Advanced training in trade economics, tariff policy, or public finance preferred. Minimum 10 years relevant experience, including ≥3 years advising on industrial or trade-related duties & tariffs with exposure to MoC, FBR, NTC or multilateral agencies; proven record drafting tariff proposals, fiscal/economic impact assessments, and multi-stakeholder engagement.As per policy
3Public–Private Partnership Specialist – SPPS-II01Master’s in Economics/Business Administration/Public Policy/Finance/Law/CA/CFA/Procurement. PPP/Project-Finance/Public Procurement certifications (e.g., PPP Certification Program, PMP) desirable. Minimum 10 years experience with ≥5 years focused on PPP project development/structuring/advisory; demonstrated work in ministries, DFIs, multilaterals or private sector PPPs; success in drafting PPP policies/legal frameworks and managing PPP contracts in infrastructure or industrial development.As per policy
4Sectoral Expert – Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) – SPPS-II01Master’s in Industrial Policy/Economics/Engineering/Public Administration/Development Studies/Business Administration/CA/CFA/Engineering or related. Executive education in strategy/leadership desirable. Minimum 10 years experience in SME policy & development, industrial advisory, public sector reforms; hands-on work with SME finance, industrial clusters, or development programs (preferably South Asia/peer economies). Expertise in high-potential SME sub-sectors (e.g., auto parts, garments, agro-processing, ICT); strength in policy drafting, stakeholder coordination and analytical problem-solving.As per policy
5Sectoral Expert – Large Scale Manufacturers (LSM) – SPPS-II01Master’s (or equivalent) in the disciplines listed above (including Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering). Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in large-scale industry development, economic policy advisory or industrial reforms; proven advisory exposure to government, multilaterals or international development agencies; experience designing/overseeing large-scale policy programs; deep knowledge of Pakistan’s industrial ecosystem, value chain/productivity enhancement, industrial clusters, development & technology policy, and global industrial models. Strong forecasting & economic modeling skills and ability to prepare high-level strategic documents and work in multidisciplinary teams.As per policy
6Data Analytics Expert – SPPS-II01Master’s or higher in Data Science/Data Analytics/Business Analytics/Statistics/Economics. Certifications in Tableau/Power BI/Python/R/SQL/Google Analytics are an advantage. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization; demonstrated capability in dashboards, predictive models, and large datasets; experience in the public sector/industry/policy research setting preferred; familiarity with industrial policy, trade economics or manufacturing analytics desirable.As per policy
7Procurement Specialist – SPPS-III01Master’s in Procurement/Supply Chain/Business Administration/Social Sciences/Public Administration/Economics/Engineering or related. Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPM (Certified Procurement Manager), PMP preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in public procurement, donor-funded environments or government rules (PPRA), with strong contract management, vendor evaluation, and documentation control.As per policy
8Contract Management Associate – SPPS-IV01Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration/Law/Public Administration/Economics or related. ≥3 years of experience in administration, finance, accounts or project support within public sector or donor-funded projects; knowledge of contract tracking and compliance.Max 35 years
