Role-Specific Overviews & Skills (Helpful for Applicants)
1) Coordinator (PPS-06) – Quetta/Rakhshan
A leadership role to coordinate field teams, manage divisional deployment, ensure ambulance readiness, and maintain liaison with district health authorities.
Core strengths: public administration, operations management, documentation and reporting, vendor & logistics coordination, staff scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. Background in public health is a plus for planning outreach, maternal and child health referral lines, and data-driven improvements.
2) Emergency Medical Technician – EMT (PPS-04)
Frontline responders who deliver on-spot assessment, basic life support, wound care, splinting, patient packaging, and transport monitoring.
Must-have skills: BLS, first aid protocols, safe stretcher handling, oxygen administration, vital-sign monitoring, communication with dispatch/control room, and respectful patient handling.
3) Lady Health Visitor – LHV (PPS-04)
Community-focused professionals delivering maternal and neonatal care education, antenatal checks (as per scope), counseling, and support to female patients during referral.
Preferred exposure: midwifery best practices, newborn care, postpartum counseling, vaccination awareness, and privacy-sensitive service delivery.
4) Ambulance Driver (PPS-03)
Responsible for safe and timely patient transport while safeguarding the ambulance, equipment, and crew.
