What You’ll Do
Monitoring Officer (Accounts)
- Verify vendor/contractor bills, support AP/AR, and reconcile site-level expenditures.
- Maintain compliance files for audits and assist with SAP/ERP postings (where applicable).
- Liaise with district teams on petty cash, fuel sheets, and MIS updates.
Monitoring Officer (Operations)
- Perform on-ground monitoring of sweeping, lifting, and transportation; validate route plans and crew deployment.
- Use checklists/mobile apps to record service levels, photo evidence, and GPS timings.
- Escalate operational gaps, follow up on corrective actions, and prepare daily/weekly dashboards.
