Job Description:
Liquid Web LLC is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our dynamic finance team. As a key leader, you will drive financial planning, strategic analysis, and business performance across the organization. This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with a deep understanding of financial planning, business strategy, and data-driven analysis.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate across all levels to create & manage key financial metrics.
- Lead the way in building a strong FP&A team (hiring & management).
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage the company budget and forecasts.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and analysis.
- Partner with cost center owners to manage expenses.
- Prepare clear and insightful presentations to communicate financial results.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or similar a plus).
- 20+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial tools (SQL a plus).
