AM roles need 16 years of education in relevant fields with 3+ years’ experience; Enforcement targets retired NCOs/officials of Armed/Civil Armed Forces/Police/Intelligence with 18+ years’ service. What You’ll Do (Role Highlights)
Assistant Manager Operations
- Oversee field operations in assigned zones (primary/secondary collection, transfer stations, route adherence).
- Ensure SOP compliance, worker attendance, PPE usage, and safe practices.
- Monitor KPIs (timeliness, coverage, complaints resolution), prepare daily/weekly reports, and coordinate with town administration.
- Supervise contractors, verify service delivery, and escalate bottlenecks to area leadership.
- Support public awareness drives and emergency clean-up operations during rain events, processions, or holidays.
Assistant Manager Fleet
- Manage a large, mixed fleet (dumpers, compactors, loaders, mechanical sweepers).
- Plan preventive maintenance, breakdown response, spare-parts control, and workshop coordination.
- Track fuel consumption, tyre life, telemetry/GPS, and availability targets; implement cost-reduction while keeping uptime high.
- Maintain logbooks, inspection records, and ensure fitness & regulatory compliance for vehicles.
- Collaborate with Operations for route-ready dispatch and rapid redeployment during peaks.
Enforcement Inspector
- Lead field enforcement teams to ensure cleanliness by-laws and contractual compliance across beats.
- Conduct patrols, spot checks, challans/warnings as per applicable rules; document violations with geo-tagged evidence.
- Coordinate with local police/administration for special operations; maintain shift discipline and incident logs.
- Train and mentor guards/supervisors on safety, crowd handling, and conflict de-escalation.
- Support complaint redressal and citizen engagement at hot spots.
