Government Of Sindh Lady Health Visitor Training Course At Public Health Schools (Session 2024-2027)

Applications are now open for the Lady Health Visitor Training Course at Public Health Schools located in Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar at Mithi, and Larkana for the session 2024-2027. Female candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply.

The training course spans 27 months, and applicants must possess the following qualifications:

1. Qualification:
   • F.Sc Pre-Medical with at least 45% marks from any Board of Higher Secondary Education in Sindh.
   • Matriculation with 45% marks (including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects) from any Board of Secondary Education in Sindh, applicable if seats remain vacant.
2. Domicile: Applicants must be residents of Sindh Province.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 14 and 35 years old, in accordance with Pakistan Nursing Council rules.

Candidates should apply for admission based on their district domicile as follows:

• Public Health School Hyderabad: For candidates from Hyderabad, Dadu, Tando Muhammad Khan, Jamshoro, Matiari, and Tando Allahyar.
• Public Health School Mirpurkhas: For candidates from Mirpurkhas and Sanghar.
• Public Health School Tharparkar at Mithi: For candidates from Tharparkar, Umerkot, and Badin.
• Public Health School Sukkur: For candidates from Sukkur, Khairpur, Naushahro Feroze, Ghotki, and Shaheed Benazirabad.
• Public Health School Larkana: For candidates from Larkana, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Kamber at Shandadkot, and Kashmore at Kandhkot.
• Public Health School Karachi: For candidates from Karachi East, Karachi West, Karachi South, Karachi Central, Malir Karachi, Korangi Karachi, Keamari Karachi, Thatta, and Sujawal.

Stipend and Hostel Facility:

For the first three months, no stipend will be paid. After passing the PTS examination, successful candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 32,401, which includes Mess Allowance and Uniform Allowance. Hostel facilities are available, and candidates opting for the hostel will need to deposit advance mess money for three months.

Application Process:

Admission forms can be obtained from the offices of the Principals at the respective Public Health Schools in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, and Tharparkar at Mithi, for a fee of Rs. 200. The completed forms should include attested copies of the following documents:

• Matriculation certificate showing date of birth.
• F.Sc (Pre-Medical) pass certificate.
• Matriculation and F.Sc (Pre-Medical) marks sheets.
• Domicile Certificate and PRC Form-C.
• Character Certificate from the last attended institution or a notable person.
• CNIC.
• Four passport-size photographs, attested from the back.

The last date to submit applications is 13th August 2024. Candidates will have to appear for a written test at the respective institutions on the 15th and 16th of August, 2024. Candidates must follow COVID-19 SOPs during the test, including wearing masks and using sanitizer. No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview. Original documents should be presented during the interview.

Final selection is subject to the approval of the Director General Health Services Sindh, Hyderabad.
