Multiple Consultant Positions – Independent System & Market Operator (ISMO) Pakistan Jobs
Independent System & Market Operator (ISMO) needs three senior electrical engineers to join its Islamabad office as Individual Consultants in Reliability Assessment, Operational Studies & Demand Analyses, and Transmission Expansion Planning. Each post begins on a one-year contract, renewable, and demands at least a Bachelor’s—preferably a Master’s—in Electrical Engineering. ISMO expects deep, hands-on expertise: 15+ years in power-system reliability or transmission planning for the first and third roles, and 10+ years in load-flow, short-circuit, dynamic studies, and demand forecasting for the second. Proficiency with PSSE, Grid Code, and international planning standards is essential.
