Human Resource Solution International (HRSI) is a newly established Renewable Energy company based in Karachi and is looking for experienced professionals to fill the following roles:

1. Business Analyst
   Job Summary: Analyze business processes, market trends, and competitor data.
2. Financial Analyst
   Job Summary: Develop/maintain financial models, analyze/prepare reports, evaluate renewable projects and forecast outcomes.
3. Project Execution Engineer
   Job Summary: Oversee renewable energy projects, coordinate activities, manage resources, and ensure and maintain quality.
4. PV Designer
   Job Summary: Design PV systems, create layouts, perform site assessments, ensure compliance, use design software, and prepare necessary documentation.
5. Renewable Invoicing & Operational Analyst
   Job Summary: Oversee operational and financial data of power plants as well as manage invoicing, accounting, and ledgers.

Qualifications:

• Business Analyst: Business Administration, or Economics
• Financial Analyst: Finance, Accounting, or Economics; certification (e.g., CFA) preferred
• Project Execution Engineer: Project Management
• PV Designer: Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering, or Renewable Energy
• Renewable Invoicing & Operational Analyst: Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Education: Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a master’s from a renowned HEC-recognized university or equivalent foreign degree.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in a large national/multinational organization, with at least 2 years of functional experience in a similar field.
Age: Not more than 33 years.
