Position 1: Company Secretary (Karachi-based Company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Companies Law, handling statutory records, filing, and interacting with regulatory bodies such as SECP, SBP, PSX, CDC, and others.
• Board Management: Coordinating Board meetings, drafting agendas, resolutions, and keeping up-to-date records of decisions, committee structures, and approvals.
• Reporting & Documentation: Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual governance reports, ensuring proper maintenance of statutory registers, and tracking approval processes.
• Subsidiary Oversight: Managing the activities of subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and governance.
• Liaisoning: Collaborating with senior executives and supporting the board in all governance matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration) from a recognized HEC institution, along with membership in a professional accounting or corporate secretary body.
• Experience: 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in a large national or multinational organization, with at least 5-7 years in a senior position related to governance and corporate law.
• Skills: Proficiency in communication, corporate law, and an excellent understanding of company governance, rules, and regulations.
• Age Limit: Preferably under 45 years at the time of application.

Position 1: Head of Business Development
