Walk-In Interviews – Social Media Executive, Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Strategist

The Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Department (HRMAD) of the Government of Punjab is launching a “Capacity Building of Human Rights Cell” initiative and seeks three dynamic professionals to lead its digital outreach: a Social Media Executive, Graphic Designer, and Digital Marketing Strategist. These positions are offered on a one-year contractual basis for FY 2024–25 with the possibility of extension upon performance review. All roles are based in Lahore but may require temporary assignments anywhere within Punjab. Applicants should hold relevant bachelor’s degrees, meet age and experience criteria, and be ready to join immediately for walk-in interviews at our Gulberg office. Role Summaries & Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Executive

As the department’s online ambassador, you will build and maintain engaging social media channels to raise awareness of human rights initiatives. You will:

  • Create and schedule targeted content across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop media calendars aligned with departmental campaigns and international observances (e.g., Human Rights Day).
  • Monitor platform analytics; prepare weekly performance reports to refine content strategies.
  • Coordinate with policy specialists, field officers, and external consultants to source authentic testimonials and case studies.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and messaging in line with HRMAD guidelines.

2. Graphic Designer

Your visual creations will transform complex policy details into clear, shareable designs. You will:

  • Prepare print-ready materials for workshops, seminars, and field-based training sessions.
  • Collaborate with web developers to integrate graphics into microsites and digital reports.

3. Digital Marketing Strategist

Eligibility & Application Checklist

  • Citizenship & Residence: Pakistani national, eligible to work anywhere in Punjab.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or Software Engineering from an HEC-accredited institution.
  • Experience: As specified per role (2–5 years) in comparable positions within government, NGOs, or private sector.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Urdu; proficiency in regional languages is advantageous.
  • No Third-Division Rule: No third-division marks at any educational level.
  • Quota Observations: Gender, disability, and minority quotas will be observed per provincial policy.
