Qualifications:

  • For Civilians:
    • MBA (Regular program with minimum CGPA 3.0) or MSc Engineering from a nationally reputed university recognized by HEC.
    • OR MA LLB (Corporate Law).
  • For Armed Forces Officers:
    • MBA/MSc Engineering (as above) OR Graduation from C&SC/College of EME OR MA LLB (Corporate Law).

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong administrative and corporate governance expertise.
  • Familiarity with defence sector protocols and legal frameworks (preferred).
  • Retired Armed Forces officers must have exemplary service records.
