The Health Department of Gilgit-Baltistan Secretariat is conducting walk-in interviews to hire qualified doctors on a contract basis under the PPS (Project Pay Scale). The appointments will support district hospitals and health units under designated projects in remote and underserved regions. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
Gynaecologist
- MBBS from a recognized university registered with PMDC
- Postgraduate qualification (Level II or III) in Gynecology & Obstetrics
- Clinical experience:
- 3 years (Level-II)
- 2 years (Level-III)
- Registration with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) mandatory
Medical Officer / Lady Medical Officer
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution
- Must be registered with PMDC
- Open to applicants with Gilgit-Baltistan domicile

💼 Contract Terms & Pay Structure
- Appointments will be for 1 year (fixed-pay basis), renewable based on performance and project continuity.
- Specialists (Gynaecologists): Rs. 500,000/month
- MOs / LMOs: Rs. 150,000/month
- No claim for permanent absorption will be entertained.
- Posting will be at specified district hospitals; no transfer rights.
