Contract-Based Vacancies – Gwadar Safe City Project (GSCP), Government of Balochistan
The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Gwadar Safe City Project (GSCP), initiated by the Government of Balochistan, invites applications from qualified local residents of Balochistan for multiple technical and administrative roles. These positions are offered on a contract basis for two years, with the potential for extension based on performance.
Roles span across engineering, IT, administration, accounts, security, and operations, offering a rare opportunity to contribute to Gwadar’s long-term urban security and infrastructure planning. Both fresh and experienced candidates with domain-specific education and skills are encouraged to apply, especially those residing in District Gwadar, where preference will be given for certain roles.

🏛️ General Terms of Appointment
- Initial appointment will be for one year, extendable by one more year based on performance.
- All positions are offered on a fixed annual salary.
- Only local/domicile holders of Balochistan may apply.
- Positions from Sr. No. 16 to 20 are reserved for District Gwadar residents.
- Candidates may apply for multiple posts, if eligible.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for tests/interviews.
- Quotas for minorities, females, and disabled persons will be observed as per policy.
- Upper age limit: 43 years for all positions unless otherwise relaxed.
