🧾 Responsibilities (Overview):
General Manager – Planning & Infrastructure:
- Lead planning and execution of infrastructure work across BRT corridors
- Oversee design consultants, project engineers, and construction teams
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and government departments
- Must have strong working knowledge of public transport project execution
General Manager – Operations:
- Manage overall BRT corridor operations, ITS systems, fare collection, and terminal services
- Establish SOPs and service-level agreements for operations contractors
- Monitor KPIs and develop performance improvement frameworks
- Provide technical oversight on fleet deployment and route planning
- Must be familiar with real-time passenger systems and BRT tech platforms
✅ Eligibility & Experience:
- All degrees must be from HEC-recognized universities
- Preference will be given to candidates with public transport, urban infrastructure, or BRT experience
- Experience working with donor-funded infrastructure projects (e.g., ADB) is a plus
- Strong leadership, planning, and inter-agency coordination capabilities required
