The Ministry of Interior’s Frontier Constabulary has opened 3,229 BPS-07 constable seats—shared across provincial quotas (20 % each for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, 10 % for Azad Jammu & Kashmir, 6 % for Gilgit-Baltistan, and 4 % for Islamabad)—giving Pakistani men and women a chance to join a federal force charged with national security, border protection, and anti-narcotics duties. Candidates must be 18–22 years old, hold at least an FA/FSc, Second Division, meet the physical benchmarks (5′6″ height, 33″–35″ chest, 1,600-metre run in 7 minutes for men or 9 minutes for women).

✅ Height (Male): Minimum 5’6″
✅ Chest (Male): 33″ – 35″
✅ Running Test (Male): 1600 meters in 7 minutes
✅ Running Test (Female): 1600 meters in 9 minutes
✅ Medical Fitness: Candidates must pass medical and psychological examinations conducted by authorized government panels
