The Terms & Conditions of Service will be governed by the Sindh Management Position Scales Policy, 2022. Government servants must apply through the proper channel. Civil servants selected for the position will need to either take Extraordinary Leave (EOL), resign from Government Service, or seek early retirement, effectively ending their association with their parent cadre/department/organization, before joining the MP Scale Position.
