Specialist Positions – Project Planning & Development Unit (PPDU) Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan


The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFEPT), Islamabad, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced individuals to join its Project Planning & Development Unit (PPDU). These positions are part of the project titled “Establishment of Project Planning & Development Unit”, funded under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP).

Appointments will be made on a contract basis according to government project pay package guidelines (PPS-10), and will be renewed annually based on performance and project duration. The Ministry seeks highly competent professionals with extensive experience in public financial management, procurement, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E).

🏢 About the Project Planning & Development Unit (PPDU)

The PPDU serves as a strategic arm of the Ministry, responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of federal education development initiatives. Its mandate includes preparing PC-1s, coordinating inter-agency projects, tracking outcomes, and ensuring procurement and budgeting adhere to transparency standards.

Working within PPDU means contributing directly to the national education development agenda, using your expertise to improve project efficiency, ensure accountability, and align funding with performance targets.
