| Company Secretary | – Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate secretaries. | – Minimum 8 years of relevant experience. – Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2017, Corporate Governance Rules, and SECP regulations. – Must be skilled in organizing board meetings and compliance tracking. | Not more than 55 years |
