Under the Establishment Division, the Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB&GIF) is inviting applications from suitable candidates for several vacant posts related to the 90 Kanal Project located in M.A Johar Town, Lahore. The initial contract period is one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance under mutually agreed terms and conditions. Candidates who meet the specified criteria are encouraged to apply.

The positions available are as follows:

1. Project Director/Coordinator (PPS-9) (on contract basis):
   • Number of Posts: 1
   • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preference for Civil Engineering), with 12 years of experience in planning and development. A Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, or MBA will be given preference. Knowledge of Public-Private Partnership modes and prior experience is advantageous. Proficiency in computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
   • Upper Age Limit: 52 years
   • Quota: Merit
   • Place of Posting: Islamabad
   • Pay Package: Minimum of Project Pay Scale-9 on a lump sum pay package with a 5% annual increment.
2. Assistant (PPS-5) (on a contract basis):
   • Number of Posts: 1
   • Minimum Qualification: Second-class graduate in Business or Commerce with at least 2nd division. Proficiency in MS Office is necessary.
   • Upper Age Limit: 18-30 years
   • Quota: Punjab
   • Place of Posting: Islamabad
   • Pay Package: Minimum of Project Pay Scale-5 on a lump sum pay package with a 5% annual increment.
3. Driver (PPS-2) (on a contract basis):
   • Number of Posts: 1
   • Minimum Qualification: Matriculation with a valid LTV driving license and at least two years of driving experience.
   • Upper Age Limit: 18-30 years
   • Quota: Punjab
   • Place of Posting: Islamabad
   • Pay Package: Minimum of Project Pay Scale-2 on a lump sum pay package with a 5% annual increment.
