Located in  Mardan, this  government project  invites applications for  Deputy Director Social & Environment, Driver, Office Boy, and Chowkidar  positions. These roles are critical to strengthening flood resilience, safeguarding communities, and ensuring sustainable environmental practices in the region.

✅  Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must meet age limits (18–45 years) and possess relevant qualifications, from a Master’s degree in Environmental/Social Sciences for the Deputy Director role to basic literacy for support staff. Experience in ADB-funded projects, computer proficiency, and knowledge of government regulations are key assets.

Available Positions

Position Details

1. Deputy Director Social & Environment (BPS-18)

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, or Environmental Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• Preference for candidates with advanced degrees or certifications in environmental/social safeguards.

Experience:

• Minimum  12 years  in project implementation, focusing on social and environmental safeguards.
• Expertise in  ADB’s Safeguard Policy Statement (SPS)  and Pakistan’s regulatory frameworks.
• Proven track record in managing donor-funded projects (e.g., ADB, World Bank, USAID).
• Computer literacy (MS Office, project management tools).

Role Impact:
As Deputy Director, you will lead efforts to mitigate environmental risks, engage local communities, and ensure compliance with international standards. Your work will directly contribute to reducing flood vulnerabilities in KPK’s rural and urban areas.

2. Driver (BPS-07)

Requirements:

• Valid driving license.
• Matriculation certificate.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance and safe driving practices.

Role Impact:
Drivers will ensure the smooth transportation of project staff and materials across flood-prone regions, playing a vital role in on-ground operations.

3. Office Boy (BPS-03)

Requirements:

• Basic literacy (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills.

Role Impact:
Office Boys will maintain office efficiency by managing supplies, assisting staff, and ensuring a clean workspace.

4. Chowkidar (BPS-03)

Requirements:

• Basic literacy (preferred).
• Reliability and vigilance.

Role Impact:
Chowkidars will safeguard project assets and offices, ensuring secure operations in high-risk flood zones.
