Key Responsibilities — What You’ll Be Doing 🛠️

- Serve as the primary administrative and legal coordinator for project activities across partner institutions.
- Draft, review, and manage project-related agreements, MOUs and contractual documents (ensuring HEC and institutional compliance).
- Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations; prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Maintain project records: correspondence, reports, financial paperwork (as required), and deliverable trackers.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of short-term consultants and contractors engaged for project tasks.
- Liaise withPakistan Railwaysdepartments, academic partners and external vendors to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
- Assist in preparing periodic progress reports and documentation for project monitoring and audit.
- Help resolve routine legal/compliance questions under the guidance of senior officers.
