The Chief Internal Auditor will perform comprehensive duties, including but not limited to:

• Directing and overseeing FESCO’s internal audit operations with direct reporting to Audit & Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
• Conducting independent evaluations of financial, operational, and credit activities to ensure compliance and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Formulating and executing internal audit programs ensuring comprehensive financial audits.
• Developing detailed audit reports with practical recommendations based on thorough investigations.
• Leading a competent internal audit team, providing clear guidance, effective leadership, and continuous development.
• Coordinating closely with external and government auditors for compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Ensuring timely communication and implementation of decisions from FESCO’s Board and senior management.
