The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi is seeking applications from candidates within the Province of Punjab for various positions on a contract basis, in line with the Government of Punjab Recruitment Policy 2022.

Positions Detail

Applicants must meet the specified qualifications, experience, and age limits for each position listed below:

1. Stenographer (Scale 15): Requires Intermediate (2nd Division), with typing speeds of 80 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in English Typewriting, and 60 wpm in Urdu Shorthand with 25 wpm in Urdu Typewriting. Computer knowledge is preferred. Age: 18-25 years. [5 positions]
2. Security Supervisor (Scale 14): Retired Subedar from armed services. Age: 35-50 years. [1 position]
3. Data Entry Operator (Scale 11): Requires B.Sc/B.A with Computer Science or equivalent, or F.Sc/F.A (2nd Division) with relevant typing speeds and computer skills. Preference for candidates with one year diploma/degree in Computer Science. Age: 18-25 years. [25 positions]
4. Junior Hardware Technician (Scale 11): Diploma of Associate Engineer in relevant fields with one year experience. Age: 18-25 years. [1 position]
5. Junior Clerk (Scale 11): Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division), typing speed of 40 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Urdu, proficient in Microsoft Office. Age: 18-25 years. [40 positions]
6. Telephone Operator (Scale 07): Matric with relevant certification and one year experience. Age: 18-25 years. [2 positions]
7. Generator Operator (Scale 07): Matric with two years’ experience. Age: 18-30 years. [1 position]
8. Photostat Machine Operator (Scale 06): Minimum middle pass with knowledge of handling Photostat Machine. Age: 18-30 years. [2 positions]
9. Junior Driver (Scale 05): Middle with HTV/LTV/PSV driving license and five years’ experience. Age: 18-25 years. [4 positions]
10. Carpenter (Scale 05): Literate with job knowledge. Age: 18-25 years. [1 position]
11. Cook (Scale 05): Literate with job knowledge. Age: 18-30 years. [1 position]
12. Plumber (Scale 05): Matric with relevant certification. Age: 18-25 years. [1 position]
13. Assistant Electrician (Scale 04): Middle pass with electrical work knowledge, preference for diploma holders. Age: 18-25 years. [1 position]
14. Bookbinder (Scale 04): Middle pass with two years’ experience. Age: 18-25 years. [10 positions]
15. Driver-cum-Cleaner (Scale 04): Literate and healthy. Age: 18-25 years. [1 position]
16. Record Lifter (Scale 02): Passed 8th Class. Age: 18-25 years. [6 positions]
17. Cook Helper (Scale 02): Literate with job knowledge. Age: 18-30 years. [1 position]
18. Naib Qasid (Scale 01): Literate and healthy. Age: 18-25 years. [15 positions]
19. Chowkidar (Scale 01): Literate with job knowledge, preference for ex-military. Age: 18-30 years. [5 positions]
20. Mali (Scale 01): Literate with job knowledge. Age: 18-25 years. [3 positions]

Application Process:

Interested candidates must apply online through the NTS website (www.nts.org.pk) within 15 days of this advertisement. The application process includes paying the test fee via various banking methods, submitting the online form, and sending the required documents to the NTS Headquarters.
