Selection Process
The ASF follows a transparent and merit-based recruitment policy. Candidates must clear the following steps:
- Physical Tests:
- Males: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes 30 seconds.
- Females: 1 mile run in 10 minutes 30 seconds.
- Skill Tests:
- Typing speed tests for clerical posts (30–40 wpm).
- Shorthand tests for Stenotypist roles (80 wpm).
- Driving skill tests for driver roles.
