Sukkur Electric Power Company Ltd. (SEPCO), a public sector power distribution company, is responsible for providing electricity to over 0.8 million consumers across 10 districts in Northern Sindh. SEPCO is inviting applications from dynamic and qualified professionals to fill various C-Level positions. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria while demonstrating the knowledge and skills outlined in the official job descriptions available on the SEPCO website.

Positions Available

1. Chief Internal Auditor
   • Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA/ACCA/CIMA/ICMA/MBA in Finance).
   • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, risk management, and designing internal controls, particularly in SOEs or the public sector.
2. Chief Legal Officer
   • Master’s degree in Law (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution.
   • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a licensed High Court advocate, focusing on corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
3. Chief Information and Communication Technology Officer (CICTO)
   • Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
   • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT systems, software frameworks, and managing technology-driven organizational changes.
4. Company Secretary
   • Member of a recognized body of corporate secretaries or professional accountants.
   • Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
5. Director General (MIRAD)
   • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution. A master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
   • Minimum 15 years of experience, including 10 years in the power or related sectors with strong knowledge of regulatory affairs and legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities for All Positions

• Lead and align department strategies with organizational goals.
• Develop policies to ensure compliance, risk management, and ethical practices.
• Build stakeholder relationships, provide actionable reports, and communicate effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks while making sound decisions under pressure.
• Foster high-performance teams, drive innovation, and manage change effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (no age relaxation).
• Tenure: Initial contract for 2 years, extendable based on annual performance evaluations by the Board of Directors.
• Remuneration: Market-based competitive salary package as per SEPCO (Contract Appointment on C-Level Positions Regulations, 2023).

   • A non-judicial stamp paper declaration confirming eligibility as per the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Governance Act, 2023.

   • Foreign degree holders must provide equivalence certificates from HEC.
