Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Deputy Director Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
- Proficiency in ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and CIS controls.
- Expertise in risk assessment methodologies, identifying vulnerabilities, and crafting IS policies, SOPs, and compliance instructions.
- Conduct internal audits and draft comprehensive Information Security Audit Reports as per ISO standards.
- Knowledge of technological advancements in information security and best practices to mitigate cybersecurity threats.
- Manage web and mobile application security assessments, including API reviews and technical report evaluation.
- Stay updated on DevSecOps practices and contribute to the integration of security into the SDLC process.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to address compliance gaps, risks, and stakeholder queries.
Assistant Director Responsibilities:
- Implement security measures in alignment with ISO-27001, NIST, and CIS controls.
- Identify risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies based on the evolving threat landscape.
- Draft policies, SOPs, and instructions to enhance organizational security.
- Manage incident response cycles, including report generation using SOAR technology.
- Deploy Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
