Project Manager (PPS 9)
- Age Limit: 50 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Must possess a Medical Doctor degree with postgraduate specialization in public health.
- Experience in health policy and systems development is required, with at least 10-15 years of experience in both public and private health sectors, including 2 years in the public sector.
- Project management experience is essential, along with expertise in coordinating with development partners, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Candidates must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and have proficiency in internet search engines and surveillance databases.
Finance Manager (PPS 8)
- Age Limit: 30-40 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- 10-15 years of experience in financial management in the public/private sectors, with expertise in proposal preparation, budget formulation, and financial analysis.
- Candidates must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and other financial databases.
Procurement Manager (PPS 8)
- Age Limit: 30-40 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
- 10 years of experience in procurement management with an in-depth understanding of multi and bilateral donor procurement policies.
- Must possess skills in contract management and procurement planning using Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
Admin Officer (PPS 7)
- Age Limit: 30-35 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or MPA.
- 3-5 years of experience in admin coordination in a public/private organization, including grant management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Database Officer (PPS 7)
- Age Limit: 30-35 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Statistics.
- 5-7 years of experience in database management and analysis, with proven skills in MySQL, Oracle, and MS SQL.
- Proficiency in SPSS and Excel is essential.
Communication Officer (PPS 7)
- Age Limit: 30-35 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- 5-7 years of experience in communications, with strong knowledge of media trends and digital channels.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, social listening platforms, and content management systems.
Training Officer (PPS 7)
- Age Limit: 30-35 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A Master’s degree in Public Health or Education.
- 5-8 years of experience as a training specialist, with skills in curriculum development and training program delivery.
M&E Officer (PPS 7)
- Age Limit: 30-35 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A Postgraduate degree in Public Health with at least 5 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E).
- Knowledge of data management, analysis, and experience working with development partners.
Office Assistant (PPS 5)
- Age Limit: 25-30 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in office management.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
