🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill one of the following educational and experience profiles:
Option 1: For Registered Nurses (RN/RM)
- ✅ Qualification: Post RN, MSN, MsPH
- 🧑🏫 Experience: 3–5 years in teaching and administration
- 📚 Publications: Minimum of 2 publications in recognized Nursing or Health Sciences Journals (at least 1 publication within the last 2 years)
- 🩺 License: Valid PNC (Pakistan Nursing Council) license
Option 2: For BSN Degree Holders
- ✅ Qualification: BSN, MSN, MsPH
- 🧑🏫 Experience: 3–5 years preferred in teaching and academic coordination
- 📚 Publications: Minimum of 2 publications in reputable Nursing/Health Science journals (1 within the last 2 years)
- 🩺 License: Valid PNC registration
