The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) is inviting applications for various positions at the SICVD College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences in Tando Muhammad Khan. The institute is looking for qualified candidates to fill key roles such as Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor in the fields of nursing, health management, and allied health sciences.
For the position of Professor (Principal-Dean), candidates are required to have a PhD in Nursing or a Master’s in Nursing combined with an MBA (Health Management), MSPH, or MPH. At least 10 years of teaching, clinical, or administrative experience in either the public or private sector is essential. Additionally, applicants must have at least four publications in recognized academic journals. For the Associate Professor (Vice Principal) role, applicants must hold a Master’s in Nursing with an MBA (Health Management) or similar qualifications, along with five years of relevant experience and at least three publications.
For the position of Assistant Professor, candidates should have a Master’s in Nursing (MSN) and at least three years of teaching experience in either the public or private sector, with a requirement of two academic publications. QEC Directors and other senior administrative roles, such as Nursing Lecturers, also require strong academic backgrounds combined with at least three years of experience in relevant sectors.
