💼 Detailed Job Descriptions

1. Senior Cost Controller

• Location: Reko Diq SITE, Balochistan
• Department: Finance
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. ACCA/CA/CIMA certification highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis, especially in construction or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Responsibilities: Lead cost management, comprehensive budget control, and forecasting to ensure financial efficiency for the mining project. Extensive ERP (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel expertise required.

2. Senior Cost Analyst

• Location: Reko Diq SITE, Balochistan
• Department: Finance
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CA/CIMA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in cost analysis, financial analysis, or related field.
• Responsibilities: Drive cost control by monitoring budgets, performing financial analysis, ensuring compliance, and presenting strategic insights for project success. Requires strong ERP, Excel, and Power BI skills.

3. Mine Construction Surveyor

• Location: Reko Diq SITE, Balochistan
• Department: MRM (Mine Resource Management)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in construction surveying, preferably in mining.
• Responsibilities: Conduct accurate surveys to ensure construction alignment, perform geodetic analysis, and assist with project team coordination to maintain survey data accuracy. Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software required.

4. Senior Scheduler

• Location: Karachi Office
• Department: Planning
• Qualification: University degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Project Scheduling within the construction sector, ideally in mining or engineering.
• Responsibilities: Establish schedules in Primavera P6, track project progress, and support coordination across engineering, procurement, and logistics. Strong MS Project and technical skills are essential.

5. Site Planner – Electrical

• Location: Karachi Office
• Department: Planning
• Qualification: University degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years as a Project Scheduler, particularly in construction or Oil & Gas.
• Responsibilities: Ensure accurate project scheduling by managing, updating, and integrating contractor schedules into the master project schedule. Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project required.

6. IT Officer

• Location: Karachi Office
• Department: IT
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support or related experience.
