Punjab University of Technology (Rasul) Jobs 2025 (contract-based)

Punjab University of Technology Rasul is seeking qualified professionals for multiple contract-based government jobs in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab. Applications are invited from dynamic individuals domiciled in Punjab for the roles of Treasurer and Controller of Examinations. These positions are governed by the Punjab University of Technology Rasul Act 2018.

Both positions require candidates with expertise in finance, accounting, auditing, administration, or education management. Preference will be given to those with experience in public sector universities or government organizations.

Job Details

1. Treasurer (BPS-20, Contract)

• Tenure: 3 Years
• Age Limit: 40-50 Years
• Number of Positions: 01

Qualification & Experience

✅ Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institution, with 8 years of post-qualification experience in teaching, administration, or professional roles in a university or public sector organization.

OR

✅ MS/M.Phil. (Second Division) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics with 10 years of post-qualification experience in similar roles.

OR

✅ MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or MSc in Economics with 12 years of experience in teaching, administration, or financial management within public or private universities or government organizations.

2. Controller of Examinations (BPS-20, Contract)

• Tenure: 3 Years
• Age Limit: 40-50 Years
• Number of Positions: 01

Qualification & Experience

✅ Ph.D. in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in teaching, administration, or professional roles.

OR

✅ MS/M.Phil. (Second Division) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with 10 years of relevant experience.

OR

✅ Master’s Degree or BS (Second Division) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution, with 12 years of experience in teaching, administration, or examination management.
