Public & Private Partnership Support Facility PSF Jobs 2023
Public Private Partnership Support Facility (PSF) is hiring a Chief Executive Officer!
We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified leader to join our team and help us achieve our mission of promoting public-private partnerships (PPPs) in Sindh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the public and private sectors, as well as a deep understanding of the PPP market in Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization’s corporate strategy in Sindh’s PPP framework
- Effectively manage risks associated with PPP projects and the Viability Gap Fund (VGF)
- Represent PSF’s role in the promotion of PPP projects development to financial markets, private parties, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant line ministries, PPP unit,s and multilateral donor agencies
- Manage, motivate, and lead a team of professionals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, investment management, project development, or a related field
- At least 17 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the public or private sectors
- Experience in heading a similar organization or a project / corporate finance, investment advisory, project consulting, design/ development institution
- Good understanding of the public policy and market issues relating to infrastructure and urban services sector structuring, development, finance, and operation
